I have to say I think that Sarah is my favorite character. I want to know where all of these prophecies are written down or who wrote them. Ancient prophecies always have me wondering. I mean I have read books about similar but this book made me want to question what I know about the world. I was not about how I felt about this book.
My Personal Review: I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. Will they have the time, the skill, the strength, the power and the love to save them all? They all must learn enough to lead the war against the Shadow Lords, Black Riders and their followers. Thrown into a world where their blood is sought out for evil, there is still hope, as they are also the ones with the potential to destroy the Shadow Lords but first they must learn their own talents, magical strengths and power and they must join with five companions of their own kind before the Shadow Lords are released. With the help of the Black Riders, whose goals are to free the Shadow Lords and their dark magic into the world, the prophecies are in danger of being fulfilled when it is found that it is Sarah and David’s blood they seek. The Shadow Lords, whose dark magic and lust for power, can only be brought back by the blood magic of one particular pair. Transforming, out of rage, into a creature with blue skin, talons and wings begins both of their journey into a secret, fascinating world of winged people where magic is normal and myth is real…but even in this wondrous new world there are prophecies of a returning ancient evil.
